HR in collectives

Can anyone recommend any general guides and writings about HR in worker collectives (non-hierarchical and egalitarian pay structure)?

The three groups that come to mind for me, would be Gastivists (@Mari_Gastivists), People Support Co-op (@Abbie_PeopleSupport) and Tipping Point UK (need to figure out who from TP is on here these days…)… not sure if there is anything they’ve produced as a general intro for people joining their co-ops/collectives?

All of the guides we’ve worked on with PSC have a significant focus on co-operative structures, as it’s where their work has always come from (but the themes are also broader in these guides, to reflect the range of orgs that are likely to be using them).

Not sure I understand the question (like what would a general guide look like/contain?) but when people join our collective, we have a whole onboarding process, which includes a welcome pack that explains how we work (together), various onboarding meetings with different teams, 1-1s with everyone from the collective, .. It’s very much specific to our collective but I’m happy to walk you through it one day if you think it can help to inspire you :slight_smile:
