Hi! I work for the Gastivists Collective care team. Together with my amazing and caring colleagues we aim to support the health of the collective (as a whole as well as each individual). We are responsible for internal processes and policies, hiring and firing, onboarding, the organisation of the yearly team retreat, organising skill shares and trainings, and holding the collective accountable to the values we have put forward.
