Looking for UK based organisation who deliver anti-oppressive management training

We’re looking for a change in our management training. I’ve been looking at a US based organisation (The Management Center) who have some amazing management tools and training. The ideal would be a UK based organisation who regularly run open courses, where our managers can join others. Or an international organisation who run open virtual training where timezones align with GMT 9am-5pm working hours.

As RadHR, we have done a bit of work with them, and they are one of the very few orgs we recommend that do consultancy with larger organisations and still practice many of the same progressive values that the (mostly) smaller orgs we know try to uphold.

Hi there, we have just completed Anti-oppression training with the Social Justice Collective and found it to be brilliant. It’s quite affordable at £60 per user, and it’s self-led online learning platform. They also do bespoke training that they can quote for:
