Looking for a rad Board Expenses policy based on creating equitable and accessible board

I’m looking for a Board Expenses policy which incorporates equity, inclusivity and is accessible as a policy.

My organisation is a member-led network of organisations in the South East of Glasgow who . We have a flat and membership-based (delete as appropriate) structure. We have 3 active staff. Our annual turnover is 50-100k, and we have about £500 a year for board expenses and want to be able to support board members who have caring responsiblities as well as needs for access due to their lived experience of the asylum system.
