I’m looking for a Language Access Policy which incorporates equity as the guiding principal. We are looking for examples as we would like to formalize a policy that removes language barriers that can prevent individuals with limited English proficiency from receiving vital support.
My nonprofit focuses on anti-human trafficking work. We have a hierarchical structure with staff and are a membership based organization. We have 150 active members and 15 staff. Our members staff are fully remote spread across 12 states in the US. Our budget is $2m.
