I’m looking to find tools and guidance on managing employees with ADHD so that they can feel supported and empowered without the usual over-emphasis on “performance” that I find oppressive.
My organisation has a hierarchical structure and I manage 4 people and although I am trying to introduce new ways of thinking about our structure and management processes, they are fairly standard for the UK charity sector. It’s a very “non-corporate” vibe, but nonetheless there are expectations around performance and progression etc.
Any help would be very useful.
