I’m looking for financial tracking and bookkeeping processes, systems and/or tools which incorporate transparency, that allow allocating budgets to specific circles leading specific projects, that allow to submit and approve expenses or reimbursements, keep track of digital proofs, enabling wealth redistribution to local groups and shared financial oversight decentralised from the main organisational bank account.

My organisation Fantapolitica focuses on training and strategic accompaniment of activists and groups at the local level to build decision-making power. We have a holocratic structure. We have 40 active volunteers and 2 staff. Our annual turnover is around 100k.

Hey Cristiana, have you heard of Open Collective? It sounds like it could be what you’re looking for! Open, transparent finances and collective decision making. Can split funds into pots/projects and designate roles related to them. We fiscally host unincorporated organisations: The Social Change Nest - Open Collective. Example of a real group here so you can get a sense of how others use it: Cambridge Community Kitchen. You can work with a fiscal host or be an Independent Collective. Groups we know really love it!!
