Hi! Anyone have a good checklist of a small and not-too-corporate Exit Interview questions for a small non-hierarchical organisation? Would love to adapt with credit.
The I/V would either be conducted by a board member or be written.
My group/organisation focuses on gender based violence preveniton and training. We have 5 active PAYE staff and 10+ freelancers. Our annual turnover is 50-100k

Hi Bryony-
As it happens, we’ve recently uploaded our own (RadHR) version of this (as a small non-hierarchical non-profit Company Limited by Guarantee):
@rich is likely to be able to say more about it, if you’ve got any questions?

Hey hey ! Yes this was great, thanks! I was zooming in specifically on the exit I/V questions as they weren’t linked, but we have put some pen to paper on these today so will share ours soon!

You mentioned in the title to this thread that your organisation is a CIC (Community Interest Company), so having such practices in place is really important to protect your ability to maintain control and autonomy in how it’s led and managed - most people aren’t aware that the CIC Regulator has the power to remove and appoint not only Directors, but also employees, of a CIC, so important that you’re able to show robust and appropriate systems should they ever start to ‘sniff around’…
Ah sorry! Here’s the link, in case it wasn’t easy to find before: Exit Tasks for Library | RadHR - Google Sheets
