Benchmarking staff survey results

I’m looking for advice on how to benchmark our staff survey results plus key HR KPIs like retention

Hi all! I work for a fairly new education charity, we used to be part of a bigger charity but became independent in 2020. We’ve grown rapidly and now have around 40 full-time and 15 PT student staff.

We are doing a ‘glow up’ of our HR processes, and are looking to benchmark our staff survey results and HR KPIs like retention against other charities. We currently act like it’s a failure if not 100% of staff think we are doing everything perfectly, which is a very high bar when you primarily hire campaigners who are always looking to make things better!

Has anyone done this before and do you have any advice? Thank you!!!
