Hello!

The one that jumped into my head was this ‘Use of AI tools & software’ policy from AdFree Cities, which was uploaded to the policy library late last year (:folded_hands:). It looks like it does a good job of holding some of the complexities around AI use while still setting clear parameters for staff. More anecdotally, I wonder if there’s a lot of AI policies currently ‘in process’ in different orgs and so a lot of the thinking + knowledge is held in draft policies at the moment, as how and if to use AI feels both like a big question a lot of groups are currently grappling with and one that is relatively new in the past 12-18 months. Would be keen to hear how others are getting on around this, and if anyone has any policies in process they might be up for sharing reflections from?
