Travelling with dependent's policy

Does anyone have any examples or good practice of an organisation that supports travelling with dependents and how they manage this in terms of insurance an cost (employees expense or employer)?


Great question @JessHill! I can’t say I’ve heard of group’s doing this before, but does seem like it would be a great move for equitable work travel, particularly along gender lines. Will ask around a bit, in case others not in the forum yet are doing anything relevant to this.
