Seeking advice for employers negligence putting me at risk

Hello,

I need advice, I have a van which was provided by my company to use for work purposes as I visit sites Monday to Thursday. I had an incident where my tyre came off on the motorway whilst driving, I called the business breakdown cover only to find out the van had no MOT for over a month. This is gross negligence by the company and want advice on the next steps to take as they have put my safety at risk.

Any help would be appreciated.

Is that what you are talking about?

This doesn’t seem like an H.R. issue so much as just public safety, you could report that company to government regulators about this.
