Recruiting people with lived experience (inc of forced migration)

Hi all! Im doing some work for my 3rd sector organisation (SHP) around promoting lived experience in recruitment. My team works with people who have experienced forced migration - so thats my specific focus.
Does anyone have experience with this, or know of organisations demonstrating best practice?
