Performance Management Process


In the event that a staff member does not uphold the responsibilities of their role the cooperative will follow the following process. Allows for democratic overturn of panel decisions if over half coop members object.

Very thorough. I like how the policy includes the question of disability and options for reasonable accommodation. In practice, do you find the process ends up taking a lot of time? How do panel members feel about this additional “work”? I’m curious what it has done for the organization in terms of culture and productivity.
