Hours: Part-time / freelance (14 - 21 hours per week). We can offer flexible working arrangements.

Salary: £38,000 to £45,000 pro rata (inclusive of London weighting)

Pension: 7% pension contribution

Leave: 33 days pro rata (including public holidays)
We are eager to appoint a People and Inclusion Manager to help deliver our vision to support a thriving, motivated, and skilled team. This is a new and unique role, providing an exciting opportunity to join a team with a new strategy and vision to deliver exceptional employee experience in all areas of our work.
This role goes beyond traditional HR, and will help to deliver significant systemic change within ATLEU and, through sharing our learning, for survivors of trafficking across the advice and anti-trafficking workforces. The successful candidate will strengthen ATLEU’s organisational capacity to become a lived experience advice sector employer, integrate exceptional people management and ensure that every employee is equipped to thrive in their role.
