Fuel Poverty Action (FPA) is recruiting for an experienced Operations Lead to join our remote team at management level. We are looking for someone who shares our values to take care of administrative and operational functions and support the Directors with grant-based fundraising. The ideal candidate will have experience of campaigning on issues such as poverty, climate or housing justice.

Salary: £32-£36k/year depending on circumstances (equivalent to £40-45k for a 5-day week). We operate an egalitarian payscale, with all employees contracted on the same terms and conditions
Location: Remote
Working hours: 30 hours (4 days), flexible, includes some evening and weekends
Contract: Fixed term – one year with intention to extend indefinitely, funding permitting
Closing date: 9am, Monday 2nd March
Interviews: Monday 9th & Tuesday 10th March (Weds 11th possible)
