Hello - I am new to this space and wanted to share a new initiative I am working on with Akina Mama Wa Afrika in Uganda and Fair Share for Women Leaders. I work for We Are Feminist Leaders and we are developing a learning series on how we operationalise the revolution in our workplaces from a feminist perspective. So, what do feminist approaches to recruitment, performance review, salary structures look like.
