Recruitment for the next round of Shift Circle is now open!
Shift Circle is a facilitated, online peer learning programme for people transforming decision-making in social justice organisations — away from tokenistic and hierarchical, towards participatory and community-led. I thought it might be of interest to some folk who are part of the Rad HR community!
After the first two rounds of the programme, which have been running since late 2025, you can now express interest in being part of the next cohorts (starting early 2027)

The first thing to do is get in touch via the website. Then, we can talk through any questions you have and if it feels like I good fit for us both then I will send you an Expression of Interest form. Please note the deadline to express interest is 20th September.

As with any shoestring programme of this kind, the best way to get the word out is through networks of people invested in the same goals of shifting power in decision-makin g.
