The brilliant people at the What if Experiment have asked us to share the brief for a project they’re looking for some consultancy help with. The work involves being part of a project helping to embed anti-racist HR into the policies and practices of a large arts institution. Specifically, they are looking for someone to help them scope
- what they currently have
- where the gaps are
- where current policies and practices have the potential to cause
harm
They’re offering £5000 (negotiable) for approximately 10 days work from March to May 2023.
