Disability Inclusion training providers

Hi all!

We’re looking to provide some Disability Inclusion training at our charity - does anyone have any recommendations of freelancers/organisations who could provide this? Particularly looking for ones who trans aware, anti-racist, intersectional, etc.

Hi @hattie - Andy Greene, one of the co-founders of https://dpac.uk.net/ is really good on this front and is definitely intersectional in his approach. This is the email I have seen floating around for him online: andygreen@live.co.uk

Keen to hear who others put forward for this as well.

Hi!
I’m not sure where you’re located but we did training with Centre for Independent Living Toronto - they’ve got an excellent set of online workshops and bring that important intersectional lens. You can reach David at david.meyers@cilt.ca

Kristie Cabrera does this well.
They’re based in New York.

I’d recommend to check out the work of held collective, too; they’re based in the UK (https://www.heldcollective.com/)

Hi, we do this at Inclusion Gloucestershire. We are an organisation run by disabled people, and our Disability Inclusion training is written and delivered by people with lived experience. We can cover intersectionality too. More details can be found here: NEW-TRAINING-LEAFLET_CH_Print-Version.pdf
