# Risk register/ management

**I’m looking for a risk register/ management framework which incorporates strategic risks (including not doing things being a risk sometimes), grassroots and holistic approaches and is fairly light touch (as much as possible), we are not a charity so don’t need specific charity risk in there**

Our current risk brainstorm has themes around strategic risks, legal and data, relational/ reputation, people & culture, finance & fundraising and of course activities so things like event risk.

My group/organisation focuses on support for social change movements in Scotland. We have a coop structure. We have 5 active staff.

Does anyone have anything like this they can share?
