# Recruitment process feedback questions

Hi, at the last lunch we had a conversation about feedback surveys for recruitment processes. If you use those what questions do you ask please? Which questions have given the most useful feedback?

Hi Rachel!

Sorry, I’ve only just spotted your post.

I wasn’t at the last lunch and I don’t have an example of a good recruitment process feedback form (though would be great if anyone else does!), but wanted to flag that the [Ort Gallery recruitment policy](https://radhr.org/policy/equitable-recruitment-policy/) in our policy library references that they try and give space for candidates to feed back - it could perhaps be would be worth asking them directly if they have a template they use? Happy to put you in touch if useful.

Some of the questions we ask are:  
on how they found the recruitment process e.g responsiveness to emails, job ad etc  
How the found the interviewers  
How the found the questions  
What we could have done to improve their experience  
Which platform they applied from
