Hi. This isn’t strictly policy-related, but I thought the kind of groups and orgs who post here might be able to help with this question. I hope that’s OK, and that mods will remove the message if it’s not appropriate.
We’re looking for a fundraising consultant who can help us scope out what trusts and foundations might be interested in funding our work. We’re an anti-poverty charity focused on empowerment and advocacy, so our outcomes are ‘soft’, our values are quite radical, and a lot of funders and fundraisers don’t really get what we do.
If anyone can recommend someone, or suggest a good way to search for someone, I’d be really grateful!

Hi, @Liam_Purcell. I am a fundraising consultant who does this type of work. I’m also part of the community-centric fundraising (CCF) community, and from your post it seems like the alignment of CCF and your organization’s values would jive.
I would be happy to have a conversation with you about your organization’s needs. It could be that I can support this work. If not, there are quite a few consultants in the CCF community, and I can connect you with folks who may be suited to this.
